Launching 🚀 September 2026
After more than 20 years treating athletes and active patients—and transitioning them from injury care into fit, healthy lifestyles—Dr. D spent years sending people to outside personal trainers, running coaches, gyms, and nutritionists. Eventually, the pattern became clear: her patients wanted a place where injury‑prevention, strength, conditioning, movement quality, and performance lived under one roof.
So she built it.
FitLab Move is her boutique one‑on‑one and small‑group training space inside the clinic, designed to “Keep Austin Moving.” It blends her decades of sports chiropractic experience with high‑energy coaching, movement analysis, technique refinement, speed development, strength training, and nutrition guidance. It’s a community of like‑minded, motivated people who want expert‑level coaching without having to take the courses, seminars, and certifications she’s absorbed over the past two decades.
After countless requests for running coaching, triathlon programming, and gym‑based strength guidance, FitLab Move became the natural next step—an extension of her mission to keep people injury‑free, performing at their best, and moving for life.

Rotate Pattern: Identifies rotational asymmetries that affect gait, sport performance, and spinal health.
Gait Pattern: Breaks down walking and running mechanics to improve efficiency, balance, and longevity.

Born in Dallas and raised between Texas and Oklahoma, JK Foley has always had a passion for movement and athleticism. As a kid, she was constantly on the go, later playing volleyball and basketball during high school. Today, she continues to challenge herself through strength and endurance training, believing that an active lifestyle builds confidence both inside and outside the gym.
JK earned her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University. While she has spent more than 25 years designing custom homes and remodels, she never imagined that coaching would become one of her greatest passions. Over the past nine years, her commitment to health and wellness naturally evolved into helping others discover what they’re capable of through fitness.
A NASM Certified Personal Trainer, JK enjoys motivating and encouraging athletes of all experience levels. Her athletic accomplishments include passing the Harbinger Fitness Test with Military Standard, becoming a two-time HYROX finisher, and earning first-place podium spots in multiple CrossFit competitions. Whether coaching a class or training alongside members, she loves creating an environment where people feel encouraged, inspired, and empowered to keep growing.
Outside the gym, JK enjoys being a mom, spending quality time with loved ones, laughing with friends, and taking advantage of every opportunity to be outdoors—from boating, paddle boarding, and hiking to yoga in the park and snowboarding whenever she can find snow. Her coaching philosophy is simple: Train with purpose. Move with intention. Build strength that carries into everyday life. She believes that full movement yields full results and hopes every member leaves class feeling stronger, more confident, and ready for whatever life brings next.
Arden grew up in Orange County, California and spent 15 years as a competitive dancer, building the foundation for her lifelong passion for movement, performance, and athleticism. She moved to Texas to pursue her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training at TCU, where she worked hands‑on with TCU’s sports teams as a student athletic trainer for four years and graduated as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
She continued her education in San Marcos, earning her Master’s degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning while serving as the athletic trainer for the women’s volleyball team at Texas State University. Arden is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), dry needle certified, and brings a strong clinical background in sports medicine, injury prevention, and performance training.
Arden is also fully trained and certified in the Gray Institute’s 3DMAPS program, giving her a deep understanding of functional movement, mobility, and real‑world biomechanics. She uses this knowledge daily at FitLab Rehab and FitLab Move—bridging rehab, movement quality, and performance for athletes and active adults.
Now serving as FitLab’s Office Manager, Certified Athletic Trainer and Exercise Technician, Arden continues to expand her clinical expertise while supporting patients through corrective exercise, movement coaching, and strength‑based programming. She has a natural passion for helping people feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies.
In her free time, Arden enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family, two‑stepping, trying new recipes, and picking up new hobbies. She stays active with Pilates, barre, and weight lifting—always finding new ways to challenge her body and keep movement fun.
Shannon was born and raised in a small town in Ohio, where she grew up a competitive gymnast and volleyball player. She later moved to Erie, PA to begin her education at Penn State Behrend, competing as a high, long, and triple jumper on the Women’s Track and Field team. She eventually transferred to Penn State University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. During her time there, she worked with multiple research teams studying youth sports development, connectedness to nature, and psychological well‑being—fueling her interest in how movement, mindset, and environment shape human performance.
After graduating, Shannon began her Master’s in Public Health with the intention of working in health coaching. Her passion for movement eventually led her into sports medicine, where she became a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). She has continued to expand her expertise with advanced functional movement education, completing both CAFS (Certification in Applied Functional Science) and 3DMAPS through the Gray Institute. These certifications allow her to assess and train movement in all three planes, helping patients and athletes move more efficiently, powerfully, and safely.
Now part of the FitLab Rehab and FitLab Move team, Shannon blends her athletic background, research experience, and functional movement training to support patients through corrective exercise, movement retraining, and performance‑focused coaching. She has a natural ability to connect with people, meet them where they are, and help them build confidence in their bodies.
Outside the clinic, Shannon enjoys traveling, spending time with family, exploring new hobbies, trying new recipes, and staying active through weight lifting, Pilates, and barre. Her athletic roots and curiosity for learning continue to shape her approach to movement and wellness every day.
Dr. Dorea Wilder Neigert, DC, CCSP received her Bachelor’s Degree from Chapman University in Orange, CA and her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, CA. She has volunteered nearly two years developing chiropractic methods abroad, providing movement analysis and spinal adjustments to thousands in Bolivia and Ghana. After practicing in Southern California, she returned home to Texas in 2010 and has been serving the Austin community ever since.
A Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP), Dr. D is also a full‑body Active Release Technique (ART®) provider, Certified in the McKenzie Method® (MDT), Functional Movement Systems (FMS), and is a Designated Doctor for the Texas Division of Worker’s Compensation. Treating expecting mothers is one of her true passions, and she is certified in the Webster® Technique. She is an active member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP).
Dr. D integrates myofascial release, ART®, McKenzie Methods®, corrective exercise, chiropractic adjustments, trigger point therapy, Graston, Gua Sha, dry needling, cupping, shockwave, and functional movement screens to help professional athletes—and athletic professionals—move with power, precision, and confidence. She treats acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions including sports injuries, repetitive stress injuries, neck and low back pain, tendonitis, and shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and ankle conditions.
Her philosophy is simple: rarely remove activity—refocus it. She restores mobility, improves stability, and builds strength to create long‑lasting results. Through dynamic Functional Movement Screens, she identifies imbalances early and uses “pre‑hab” to prevent small aches from becoming sidelining injuries.
Some patients still call her “Dr. Wilder,” but most call her “Dr. D.” When she’s not drinking green vegetable smoothies, she’s running the greenbelt with her dog, cycling, swimming, racing half‑Ironman triathlons, Otillo SwimRuns, lifting weights, taking yoga classes, or spending time with her husband and two energetic kiddos.
